Delicious wines and very interesting stories. Kate was so helpful and made our visit feel very welcomed and worth the stop. The green angel dessert wine was a particular hit. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic service and beautiful setting. Had the red and white flight wine tasting and cheese platter. Good variety of cheese - brie, goat, cheddar, Gouda - and wine was lovely - lots of cool climate varietals I hadn’t tried before. Definitely worth the visit.

We came during the rain, but we were lucky to have a seat at the window. The most I enjoyed in the winery is chocolate tasting with wine, something unique that I have not tried yet. If you are at Hahndoft, consider visiting this great place.

Great experience with great view of the vineyard. Kate accommodates us so lovely and sweet! Definitely not only taste their beautiful wines but also have some unique chocolate!

Yesterday I discovered this gem and I absolutely loved it. The service was superb and helpful. I ordered 3 red wines and a cheese plate, and I got detailed information about every single piece on the table. :) The surrounding is magical and the autumn leaves made it special.

Wow wow wow! We came here as it was close to Hahndorf town center. It’s autumn & the grape leaves has turned red. The view was more amazing from the cellar door. We did a wine tasting. The service was top notch. Cheryl, explain what we were tasting & was very tentative. The wine was very nice. We bought some.

Hahndorf Hill Winery is an absolute hidden gem! The staff were so helpful and kind, our group couldn’t speak highly enough of the chocolate and wine flight, plus the ice cream and wine pairing experience was really surprisingly delicious (and dairy free)! The views over the vineyards are breathtaking and we found the whole experience so serene. The first time we visited it was an accidental find, but since then we’ve been back multiple times and have never been disappointed.

Our experience at the winery was so different o any other tastings we had visited. We did the chocovino pairing with our lovely host Kate. So much knowledge and charm held into this winery. Will be back for the ice cream pairing!
